Meu Ip é dinâmico ou seja toda vez que reseto o moldem muda o IP. Já tentei também usar diversos programas como Hot Spot Shield e nem assim resolveu.

Just wait 3 days ( thats 72 hours ) and you will be unbanned. Also you need to remove all your cheats.

eu tentei usar hacker, mais não tomei ban. deletei o hack pois não funcionava, daí depois de uns 7 dias apareceu a mensagem Steam Validation .... depois que saiu do mapa apareceu You Have Banned Modern Warfare 2. daí eu tentei usar o AIW e não funcinou, deletei. reniciei pc, reniciei moldem e nada até agora, será que fui banido permanente?
