i have 6gb ram
and 2.9 video ram

The HIS is clocked higher, it will probably run at medium, but you will lag in MW3 if you have 2GB or less because its EXTREMELY ram heavy.

Well it's just more powerful than the first couple of cards mentioned, just look at benchmarks or quick calculate the raw power

It's not more powerful than the 5570 though; it's not the same class either (100+ bucks vs 40 bucks derp).
