Need Help With FPS.

Hello people, well I always wanted to record my Gameplay but I always lagg because of my FPS is too low, So anyone know how I can record in good quality with pretty much no lagg? Thank you

I use Game Booster 3 and i Run with 30 FPS while recording. You could also turn down your settings on ca. That would help the lag. If you need Game Booster 3 ill upload it for you. Just send me a PM. @[SMA] Paradise`
