(skinny white boi)

Never been to a Gym, and only workout in the summer at a friends house. The most his bench can take is 150lb. Both of us use 150.
im telling the truth though, i really do suck
I weigh 12 stone dead, Im 17 I've been going the gym for around a year, I can bench around 110KG at most but i rep with 90KG, I don't bother with dead lift since i don't think im a reasonable size but i can row over 125k.
I can do 6236845261 reps of 12oz curls.
I'm weak as hell when it comes to weights...I can't lift weights for shit but I can lift objects like boxes, cabinets and people. It doesn't make sense but I think for me personally, I can lift a lot more when i can get a better hold of something.

But....the strength in my legs is brilliant, next time I got to the gym I will measure how much my legs can push and lift.

Like I said...I'm weak as shit.
Age: 15
Height: 5'7" (switch to the fucking metric system already)
Weight: 127lbs
BMI: 20.5 (http://content.revolutionhealth.com/...s/h9991021.gif) Pretty much exactly ideal weight.
Beep Test: 10-11. (Beep Test Calculations Table)

We don't have a weight lifting class here. If I want to exercise muscle, I'll do pushups or do 300 reps of 4kg weights

@Moto - can you really dead lift that much? That seems excessive for your age. Are you really 200lbs? That gives you a BMI of 28 Ryan. Work on your cardio more.

Deadlifting isn't hard. And it's in my genes, I can run a 7:30 mile.

We don't run your fancy miles, but I can run a kilometer in 4 minutes and 40 seconds.

The amount of care. USA pls.
lol, this thread.

5'11". 165lbs.
Bench max: 235
Don't deadlift or powerclean.
Squat: 315 (x3. I've never 'maxed out' on squats. This is my highest rep set, though.)

Been casually working out for roughly 2.5 years now through high school weightlifting class and now my college gym.
I'm curious.. Some of you are making it sound like you can lift a lot of weight, but what body types are you? I wanna hear how many pushups you can do in 60 seconds, how many pullups you can do before you fall off the bar, and also what you guys do to workout. Do any of you guys run, too, or just lift?

Like I said, I suck. I am probably weaker than half of the people on here.

I'm 20 and can't lift shit I doubt...I can only do about 25 pullups. (I weigh like 8 and a half stone)

I can't do push ups for shit!!!

I used to be able to run for miles and miles but smoking has killed my stamina.

I gotta get all my fitness up for the army though so this is gunna be exciting.

I can do probably 30-35 proper pushups (slowly, feet together, nose 1 inch from the ground). In a minute I could probably do around 40-50, but they would be dodgy and fast. As for other workouts, I run and cycle. Like I said, I can get a score of 10-11 on the Beep Test which is a pretty accurate measure of stamina. I was at my prime fitness when I used to swim, and since quitting squad swimming, being sick and all I've kinda dropped off a bit. I'll probably start an exercise routine next week, being the school holidays and all.
If you can do 25 straight pull-ups without stopping or getting off the bar and maintain good form, that's pretty good actually.

Oh? I always thought I should be able to do much more. I would say more around 20 I reckon, not 25 on second thought.
I feel so weak -_-
