You should register a new account and contact the support center. Then they will ask you for your first password, maybe first email and for the lates PSC or Paypal transaction ids. Also the IP would be useful.

You should send a support ticket .
I highly recommend you to gather many information and send it in one Support Ticket .
Don't send it today , wait till Monday because they don't read Support Tickets .
There should be good information in the Support Ticket such as Trans.Ids , IP Address you created the account with , First Email and First Password .
