Making fancy Website layout

I created a really nice layout in photoshop, But idk how to do XHTML or any of this other kind of coding, im only fimilar with dreamweaver. But not fimilar with this flash coding. Help if possiable please.

It works the same way last i checked.
(X)HTML and CSS both work fine both in flash and in Dreamweaver.
Id post a great tutorial on (X)HTML/CSS but no section for it and this ones useless.

For the sake of the internet DO NOT USE FLASH TO BUILD A WEBSITE (It only ends up in tears). You will need to splice your website up from the photoshop document and then begin using CSS / HTML To put it all together.
