Ca Pub Hack Question..

Sorry if this question has been answered, i didn't find any posts with
a similar question but, if you cant install .net FRAMEWORK 1.0 and 2.0
on your comp does that mean no CA hacks for mee?

If you cant install net framework then you have other problems to worry about, why cant you install it?
