A Heat dispersing tray is a type of material that when you put a laptop on it, it absorbs the heat from the computer and disperses it through the material so heat doesn't build up underneath the laptop and keeps the laptop from overheating. A Liquid Cooling System is a type of cooling system for a computer that is MUCH more effective than just fans, by setting up small tubes behind the fans with coolant in the tubes, causing the air to run through your computer to basically be refrigerated air. I got mine Here at TigerDirect. Look for anything that says Liquid Cooling.

I would definitely recommend you get a cooling tray or some sort of appliance. My old laptop used to overheat and eventually the GPU melted

Acer's generally don't overheat, at least not more than anything else.
The loader crack can't affect performance.
85°C is below the max safe temp for an nvidia gpu.
It's not a problem, it was meant to work just fine at these temperatures.
