Remove Muzzle Flash?

Ok, so ill admit that my pc isnt very good, but when playing mw3 its even worse, the muzzle flash from some guns lowers me down to like 5 fps, i was wondering if there was anything i can do to help this apart from using a silencer?

srry bro...nothin aint gonna help you here...i run at 135 FPS...my friends say that's lag...LOL,srry man but GOOD LUCK

try getting some hacks to lower textures maybe or use white wall for no textures...
