For everyone having the: Exiting: ('Could not ReadProcessMemory: ',6) error.
You must change the .exe for both alterops and your blackops so that they are no longer running as admin. Once you have accomplished this the memory can be read properly and thus resulting in a properly functioning piece of coding craftsmanship.
