1. Download the attachment.
2. Extract the DLL to somewhere of your choice.
3. Get your favorite injector(Recommend PerX - [Download] PerX Injector)
4. Open the injector, where it says "What to inject" put "PBlackout.exe" without the speech marks.
5. Now go to Injections list and click "Browse", now look for the DLL file you downloaded and double click it.
6. Flick it to Automatic and then start up Project Blackout!

Note: The weapon hack isn't very responsive. It's most responsive in "Bomb" game mode.

Does it not work at all for you? It works fine for me (Windows XP 32-bit)
I do now and again get bugtrap errors. Let's just hope he makes a new version!
