HELP
Anyone can help if the leader has been banned permanently, the leadership must be transferred to the higher ranking lieutenant
What does this mean and mair patent clan or who has more points in clan someone knows the answer?

When you leave the clan and youre a leader, the person you appointed lieutenant which is second in command of the clan will take over as the new leader.

Leader gets banned
It moves on to one of the clan lts
Probably the highest level or most points

Exactly... The leadership is moved automatically after days of inactiveness or ban to the lieutenant that has the highest points in the clan. That person is appointed as clan leader.
