at first match it wa 141 afrt i kill any one or while killing it become 3004 i dont think its from my coputer or inter i have 2m speed can any one help

what windows do you have?
also : run a scan with malware bytes anti malware , you might be infected from downloading hacks from shiity sites .

Well, since you live in Egypt that makes the ping go a little crazy sometimes

Use SmartClose + CCleaner, it will let only Cf using your bandwidth, and possibly making your ping better.
