Hello, im not sure this is gonna work but it worked for me and my brother that had the same problem, i simply just loaded like 1 time, unplugged my internet cable from my computer, waited a sec, plugged it in, clicked "play" again and it worked
This is only one of my stupid ways of fixing the internet and stuff, but its worth the try
