Well do you have any decent skills and are you P2P?

Well for quick cash, kill cows and collect cowhides... One load is around 10k, (1 load = 28). 10k x 100 = 1m 100 trips = 1 mill

i am pure ranged if i got like 600k i can pk that just need to make 500k-1m

When you are f2p try something like killing cows or when you dont like that do tanning. Tan cowhide to leather or hardleather. Maybe do some steel bar smelting. It's just up to what you like to do.
In f2p your options to make cash are minimized.

My suggestion is to start PVP or Dueling

You can make very good money if you become a pro.
