Hacks for clothing?

Well Its patched so Its not gonna work I think. If someone tested tell me.

well some time ago now AFTER they patched the car thingy i was still able to do the trick for a shor period of time. then i couldnt do it again anymore. but did manage to make a few cool cars. so might not be patched for all i guess

Btw, the problem was that customisable clothing is a different file format so you can only switch preset items between them.

If you go into the files: APB Reloaded/APBGame/Content/Release/Packages/APB_CharacterTool/ **Male or Female**/
you will find a bunch of different files
each one with the full name, and an additional file with a similar name but has something like BRDF Mapping
do some simple name switching and i'm pretty sure it should work.
remember to change the name of both of the files.
so if i want F_Facewear_Mask_Clown and i own the F_Facewear_Mask_Criminal_Bandit
i copy the MASK CLOWN, and create a copy of it in the same folder. rename it F_Facewear_Mask_Criminal_Bandit
and do the same for the BRDF Mapping file

btw, this also works for underwear on the females
if you delete or make the underwear an invalid name, you'll be naked!
(no vag, just nips)

so i m guessing it works but do we still have to do what you just said to do and also the copy part i am confused how does it work again plz rewrite it

Go into the files: APB Reloaded/APBGame/Content/Release/Packages/APB_CharacterTool/ **Male or Female**/
find the file you want, and the file that you own
make a copy of the file you want, rename it as the same thing as the file you own.
So if i want clothing A; but i am wearing clothing B
make a copy of clothing A, and rename it to clothing B.
make a copy of clothing B and put it somewhere else though.
also there is the BRDF mapping file, make sure you do the same for those. that's what gives the clothing texture.
