Force Kick Hack?

I heard somewhere that a hack exists to forcefully kick people without any votes or something like that... Is there something like that? Can it be done?

Yeh but you see I dont want to pay to play... I don't understand why nexon still didn't include this feature for room moderators oh yeh wait i do! Cuz they want more money... Like i dont want to crash anything i just want to kick a person if they r bugging me
