You can't make one, you need a KSSN but you also need a Korean Cellphone which wouldn't be available for you unless you have relatives in Korea as I do. So in other words, if you're not Korean, sucks for you!!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA. I feel your pain... Even if I get to play KMS..
