the thread is outdated and radar causes most to lag and some to crash - maybe ok for you - could give it a try, not VAC Detected and will most likley be patched on next steam/MW3 Update .....hopefully there will be an update for radar soon

So get it? YES it modifies or at least reads out (tmp) Gamedata. And thats exactly what VAC -can- detect!
