D3D hook needed

Hey guys..my friend has just made a CF VIP hack,but he says he needs something called "hook". I dont know what that means, but I think u guys do.
He says that xtrap detects it, and he needs help.

ya..... I've seen many posts about making d3d menu undetected. I think you have to mid function hook, but sorry i dont know how.
