Quick question - PTC

Haven't been on here for awhile was thinking of updating my old delphi hack menu and add new stuff, Just wondering what the PTC method is these days to save me time, I use to use "PTC Unwrapped" which was just push to stack and call function address then then add 4 bytes to esp. if anyone can assist would be great.

I'm not sure, why I'm not using ptc:

it seems that you can use "PTC Unwrapped" and add gamestatus to the ptc not be detected.
