ok i need help with the whole moding thing (changing the color/designs of ca guns)

ok i found a thread saying how to make it and all i ran rezXtract for pistols and it finished loading made a file in my ca folder so then i opened the converter went to that file but it was empty then i checked and all of the files were marked as

LTb file

but the converter is looking for a dtx
so how do i fix this problem

(is there a diffrent converter for ltb files to Lta Files and then converting them back)
