XIPHER - Can't code or can he?
Ok, so like i talked to few coders about xipher dude - all they say is that he just asks for codes and ect like from.

I asked another code if he knows his, and he said " all he does is ask codes from me"
--> anti-kick you say_ he got it from vortex, some_dude.
his base you say, well it looks like the one from vortex again, and this time he changed a few shit.
