I try lot off time , i was traing run as admin hack , restart computer , try in team , or try wichout team , on random gametype , and a lot of time from video

Based on MW2 Liberation? No, just no. Liberation works completely differently. This is indeed risky though, you can get banned (not for certain but use at your own risk).

didn't work. in his video, a match started the moment he pressed "Server Host" button, but when i did that, nothing happned.
of course my NAT is open

You have to presse "Server Host" while your searching a game, and not when your in a game
