Yea vac is enabled too in private matches..

I am host very often. Cant be that.

What about unranked dedicated servers?

didn't work. in his video, a match started the moment he pressed "Server Host" button, but when i did that, nothing happned.
of course my NAT is open

You have to presse "Server Host" while your searching a game, and not when your in a game
