lol tor and onion routing dont do that shit and the program is call Tor google it that shit will not protect your ip from the govt. it just allows you to accest onion based sites unlike most search engines. also the deep web goes way more farther than what your talkin about. all i gotta say is dont go doin shit just to do it because sometimes once you click on something wrong or illegal its over. research first and i advise no one here to ever go on deep web past onion sites unless you know how to mask you ip beyond just one point not proxies you have to be able to actualy know something about networking and just a fyi 85% of people that go on the deep web have their ip traced by the government because they think the program its self will keep you safe when actualy it doesnt do anything lol dumb kids .
