Getting Keylogged

So a person says they are keylogging me through IP, I need help, what are solutions to stop this? :P

I deleted my temps, I was wondering if he can still hack me?

Well he said that he has a keylogging program that hacks that ip that hacks the other persons computer just incase someone hacks him in some sort of way :P

It's when you basically start fresh, computer is basically new all your programs and stuff will be deleted.
