Avatar Size

Ever since the new skin was implemented there's a global limit to 180px width, if your avatar was larger it was just downscaled. As for the new height, I believe you still have larger avatars than normal members or something, but not as large as staff members. Or something like that.

It's still bigger than the standard avatar, just not as big as staff Simply put: nothing's wrong with it.
