Crossfire Zp Purchase Error

I bought 10k zp yesterday and today I want to again and i went on to credit card, typed in my details ect and then i pressed continue and it came up with this "This transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be charged.
Reason:Failed to exceed the limit."

Anyone knows how to solve this?
