Crossfire Help

My Friend has a problem with his pc and he has no way to fix it..so he asked me..

I taught him all the methods I know on how fixing stuff like that on crossfire

but it just won't work...

the problem is when he opens crossfire data transmission is not stable

it pops up even without the login screen showing like 10 seconds but

to see the login panel it takes time 2 mins..

please help ))
