im lagging like 1000 ping and i have 125fps

Take out your internet plug for 20 seconds, then put it back in.

where are u from ? because if you are far from NA you will lag as deaths

check your connection ,maybe it is slow... and check if some program p2p like Ares or imesh is active and close or disconnect they because sometimes when you got this kind of programms actives they generate lag...
Maybe check for windows updates?
Or could just be a general problem... It's a problem that happens for a bit, then later on it goes away.

i have been lagging for 3 hours and it not going away
It's often in UK1 too. I'm from germany. my 'normal' ping there is about 60. Sometimes evry1 i know in Germany tells/asks me if the UK server laags at him to. So probably its still a general problem at cf.
