How to Unlock Dev Console?

Few minutes ago I found a guy which had dev console unlocked he was changing stuff in Find game/Servers how to Unlock it? I really need this

You can use addresses to unlock it.

MW3 Chaos can do it, but it's costs money.

Uh nope. I haven't seen that post b4 to be honest. But anyways, a friend of mine gave it to me. And I though why not share it.

If I change 00490D60 to "1" game is crashing for me...

Well he isn't registered on mpgh but his irl name is Robert. If that helps lol.

So? Did anyone tried to change 0x00490D60 to "1"? BTW, the default value for this offset for me is "106". When I change this to "1", I have a game crashing to desktop. Strange. :-)

how do u change the address's Value?

You can't just set the value to 1, it's the address to the function.
