Plugins... Do you guys know any useful ones? Perhaps one that magically renders crap for you

Any suggestions welcome. Preferably with d/l links or description.

You can always use the Magic Eraser, which works wonderful for me, and the other way I render is with the Pen tool.. I have never used a plugin to render an image.

Yeah I usually pentool or magic wand. But both take forever specially pentool. However the render thing is just wishful thinking. It's more about useful plugins for making all sorts of things, 3d lettering, effects, etc. I've googled around, but I figure some people might know some from experience.

Give Perfect Mask 5 a try, think it should help you.

+1 for this. However it's a little bit hit and miss at times, much like PS content aware. But when it works, it works amazingly well. I used to use it a lot when rendering. But honestly for hard feather rendering nothing beats the pentool.

I have to figure out how to use the mask tools, never got the hang of it /maws.

Hint, it's fucking easier to pentool with a tablet(bamboo etc).
But use Topaz, it's what all of the pros use.

She rendering something with lots of fine hair.

You can try the Quick Selection tool (already in PS) and just select the space around the render then delete the background, which leaves you with the render only. It does leave choppy edges but it gets stuff done, fast.

Just buy a tabblet, much better rendering, and render tools!

Yes, ill spend hundreds of dollars for this 1 hobby project.

In any case its not just about rendering, that's just a problem i ran into today, I mean plugins in general that are helpful, cool or useful...

Why people insist with obvious suggestions is beyond me.

Have you tried topaz? It's hated around here but it has nice effects such as exposure correction, image smoothening, contrast popper and stuff. Try Topaz Adjust 4 and Topaz Detail 2.

Pentool makes me mad especially when I mess up

Just give the shit to Empire to render.
