Goddamn fucking data execution prevention

im now going to rant about DEP, because its fucking useless and it fucks with all my programs and doesnt give a flying fuck about viruses
its like "this program was closed for your protection"
and im like what the fuck and go put it on the exception list
except it started closing windows explorer "for my protection"
and it said browse for the exe and put it on the list
but windows explorer doesnt have a fucking exe
so i did a system restore
and it deleted all my brushes!

i spent the last week and the weekend sorting through 6 huge brushpacks late into the night including -GOD-'s which had like 200
i tested out each and every brush in each and every pack and weeded out the crappy ones
probably like 2000 brushes total handsorted
right now i was finished with that but had to system restore

and after system restore it fucking told me
"System restore completed succesfully. No files or folders have been affected."
