My CA doesnt start?

I run the game, and nothing happens, it acts like its going to but then it just tops like I never ran it.

What operating system are you trying to run CA on?
Do you have the minimum system requirements (i.e. System Hardware and Software).
Has CA ever worked previously?

I have played CA alot before, Actually for the pst 2 years, and it just started a few days ago ( Win7 32 bit )

Have you re-installed since the last time you successfully ran it? You probably could've corrupted it with some third party cleaning software or something, or maybe you missed too many patches and can't.

Please enlighten me with more details, or get on MSN.

Adding onto Sketchy's post, have you installed any new programs onto your computer since the last tiem you could run the game?

That wouldn't do much to affect how CA runs, unless the program directly interferes with the game itself

You may be surprised on how some people manage to install a new program and sometimes it stops a game from working. This may not be the case for this thread as you said.
