Is a hack like this possible

You know for classic there is builder bot well is there anyway a bot like that can be iplemented into real mc?.

It would be a seperate client that can login into a Premium account or cracked.

It would have cmds like

.FollowMe
.Killplayer
.Chop
.Mine
.Craft
.Protect
.Troll(Trolls back at stuff people say)

It's quite possible.

Follow would be quite possible, but It'll need a lot of intelligence if the program needs to move around blocks or avoid lava, etc. but simple running and jumping would work I think.

Just an aimbot and simple move-forward programming in addition to add a jump code when you stand in front of a block. There is already code to handle what happens when you stand in front of a block (stop sprinting) so you could easily add jumping to that.
