Some Basic Info :

-Redstone Ore could only be mined by Iron Pickaxe or Higher

-Redstone travels only 15 blocks, on the 16th block the dust is not glowing anymore (A.K.A No Signal).
- You could repower it on the 15 Block by putting a redstone repeater or Inverter.

- There is a way for redstone signal travel vertically via Redstone dust
