Story: Some fuckers charge me 20k with paypal then he got the money back??!!!And i don't have paypal because it's not working with my country.

Since you said "Some fuckers charge me 20k with paypal" then yes you'll have to pay with paypal but I'm guessing you'll have to create another account did you send a support ticket in?

You could have said someone charged you 20,000$ on your PayPal. Their are only 2 things you could do. Make a new account or pay off 20,000$

Or do you mean $200

You either pay back the 20 grand, or you can't be unbanned.
