I used to be very angry all the time, when I came home I would go in my room, punch random things in frustration. Until then I thought poetry is a gay thing to do. So I gave it a go lol, turned out to calm me down alot. I'll post some of my lyrics later, I have not shown alot of people them though. So I have no idea what impact you get off them.
