ZP Issue

Umm in my account i have 139 ZP (Z8 Points) And i just dont know what to do with it its bothering me just stting there all lonely whil all the other GP IS being spent But they are not... I need to spend it.

But was wondering if thers any way possible that i can convert my ZP into GP?

Or if i can buy anyting with 139 ZP??
