I'd assume your PC isn't that great, myself i5-2500k @ 4.8Ghz Radeon 6950 2gb Unlocked/Overclocked to 6970 , causes 0 lag for me did notice a ~10 fps change but @ 50-60 Vsync locked its hardly noticable compared to 900 things exploding which will put 40~

-As prior mentioned, you will be perma-banned if you get too many kills in a period of time, due to punkbuster recognition.
-Use this on Punkbuster DISABLED servers ONLY. 1200 or more minute ban in bottom left is placeholder for PERMA-BAN.
-Punkbuster also has the right to search all of your home PC files if they see fit, so be careful. The EULA for Even Balance states this in a clause.
-There are many Punkbuster-free servers on Battlelog, just set filter in Server Browser and tick off the checkbox for Punkbuster: OFF

They actually do not have the right, similar to World of Warcrafts Warden what happens is it searches for any programs running that are reading writing or in anyway memory tampering, this is very broad visual they cant see program app or anything otherwise not in use and affecting a PB game.

I hope the update of Battlefield3 doesn't patch this hack :s
