Depends on the day, core is leg lifts and crunches with a 25er raised above my head, incline and decline pushups, all five reps and as many sets as possible until I can't move. Arms days it's same rep/set wise but with130 on a curl. I add 10 each week to the bar as well. Gonna be on the pro h's soon only single complex though six stage is too much.
