Daaaaamn, really? You'd probably have to adjust your diet to accommodate that. But like I said, a physically fit and active body will require much more calories than a sedentary one. So as long as you eat healthy and exercise, I doubt that'll built up as fat.
Anywhere from 100-150 pushups a day (more on weekends), usually in reps of 25 and 1 rep of 50.
1 hour cycling daily.
Sporadic weight lifting.

Diet on weekdays:
Bowl of Just Right cereal
2 salad and ham sandwiches (fucking processed meats are my vice)
1 apple
2 plain crackers while I cycle
Dinner, usually consists of either a vegetarian meal with rice and vegetables or a meat meal with potato and mixed vegetables
Small amount of chocolate

Weekends:
Bowl of Just Right Cereal
Coffee every other Saturday
Salad + ham sandwich, noodles, sausage roll
Usual dinner
Small amount of chocolate

Honestly I should probably stop working on cardio and actually try and build more muscle mass.
Drinking protein shakes on a daily basis increases the risk of heart problems.
