If you're gonna go Asus go with the P8Z77-V Pro or Deluxe/WS (though they're gonna be out of your budget), if you're gonna go GA the UD5H is a pretty nice mobo, with some nice goodies like Wifi, but I would recommend opting to switch to Asrock if you want to save money, the Extreme series is quite cheap but still offers the basic low-mid level performance you're looking for. Personally I would go with the Asus P8Z77-V Pro, it's better than the Sabertooth and priced a bit lower due to it not having all the fancy cooling and stuff. Def worth getting it over the Sabertooth though, imo.
I just bought the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H yesterday for my PC build.
If you're gonna get custom watercooling then I'd go for the Sabertooth, if not then get the other one.
