How do you?

I was playing crossfire this morning and yesterday night when I saw people with the rank trainee and private and they had the last Sniper Grade A and the last Soldier Grade B but when I look at the profile they only have around 10-70 kills

Let me guess... You have both those badges too.

That is a visual bug.
