Hey guys, I was wondering if there is new PTC for ESP box since this one wouldn't work. PushToConsole("ModelDebug_DrawBoxes 1" );

Use ESP using classes. Cause the PTC version been detected/Patched for a long time now. Its like 1 to 2 years old/patch
You can use the ingame structures which hold the Player Information such as Player Name and Location and Team and such to draw a box around each player.
