Please help injector problem

i have downloaded many injectors but when i extracted them disappear...
and when i open it in the .rar file there is an error

WinRAR: Diagnostic Messages
Cannot execute "C:\Users\Cuasay\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EX00.822\P erX.exe"

Turn you anti virus off and download them again

Did you disabled your AV when you downloaded these again?

Extract your files to a different location then. Put the .RAR file on your desktop and extract it there.

Please help injector problem
