Roundskip Help

I've been searching and searching for days, and can't find anything about this "RounSkipper" or the CE tables. Is there some add-on table that injects to ce? I've emailed several people about this, all of which refuse to reply. Can someone please explain to me how you round-skip/add boxes? And don't give me any of this crap about "Easy ban, dont do it!" I am well aware of the risks.
