I know people could do namechanger a long time ago, would be the same way as doing that however add a timer to do so everytime you respawn.

Nexon has never released any notes suggesting a name change hack has been patched. Seeing as though it is (or was) such an uncommon hack, it would not have much publicity is probably still available.
