CA Hack Coding

Hello everyone,

recently i've been reading many post about how to make hacks and trainers,
so i decided to throw myself in the wonderful world of programming.
I fallowed many tutorials about C++ and Visual Basic. CE adress finding, pointers,
etc.
So the core of the problem is:

wich programming language i should use to make a hotkey hack or a simple console hack for Combat Arms.
C++ only, VB C++, java, VB or another language.
