your iOS device MUST be jailbroken
I jailbroke mine once and i got MPGH then it froze so i had to reset my whole phone.

BUT, I think the app is pretty bad. Not really worth jailbreaking to get the MPGH app.

Jailbreaking wont damage any thing ? Iam asking especially for the Touch usement , and can i get it back unjailbroken after i jailbreak it ? It would be the same as i bought it ?

Don't really think there is a risk and I'm pretty sure there is one for the ipad 3.

You could just use mpgh.net and change the forum style with the mobile style if you don't want to jailbreak.
